OPP Asking Public To Help Identify Robbery Suspect

Police are asking the public for help to identify the suspect involved in a robbery at Shoppers Drug Mart in Prescott.

Grenville County OPP say they responded to a robbery at the store on 290 King Street West on Saturday (September first) around 8:30 that night. The OPP say the suspect demanded an employee provide him with numerous fentanyl patches at the pharmacist counter.

Police describe the suspect as a white male, between five feet eight inches and five feet 10 inches tall, medium build and does not have any discernable accent or identifiers. Police add the suspect was wearing a dark hooded jacket over a red shirt, dark pants, black running shoes with white sole (possibly Pumas), dark flat brim baseball cap with a round sticker on the top of the brim, dark sunglasses, a bright blue medical mask and carrying a black backpack.
