A 50-year-old South Dundas man is facing a sexual assault charge. The Stormont Dundas and Glengarry OPP arrested the man on Tuesday. His name is being withheld to protect the identity of the victim.
He was released and is scheduled to appear at Cornwall Court on September 4.
Officers tried to stop a vehicle for a traffic violation on Tuesday. The incident occurred on Fifth Street in South Dundas. The driver of the vehicle drove off, but was caught by officers on Casselman Road.
A 17-year-old North Dundas teen is charged with flight while pursued by peace officers, dangerous operation of a vehicle, fail to comply with conditions of a probation order, driving a vehicle with no licence and failing to stop for police.
He was released and is set to appear in Cornwall Court on August 23. Â
