KYC Golf Tournament brings in $7,000

The annual Kemptville Youth Centre (KYC) Golf Tournament brought in big bucks. A total of $7,000 was raised for the KYC during the tournament, held on July 6.

This year’s putting contest was won by Nolan Dulmage. The foursome with the highest score – John Lothian, Kelly McMahan, Mark Roberts and Dane Brenner – won a round of golf and dinner at eQuinelle Golf Club.

The money will be used to cover land taxes and Hydro costs for the KYC. The centre is a not-for-profit organization that provides local youth with opportunities to participate in positive and active life choices through mentorship. The KYC delivers a wide variety of programming to youth age 12 to 18. For more details, click here.
