KDH Golf Tournament being held in memory of Harry Pratt

The Kemptville District Hospital Foundation is gearing up for the Harry Pratt Memorial Golf Tournament. Pratt was a community leader who passed away in 2015. The event is set for June 22 at the eQuinelle Golf Club in Kemptville. There are only five spots left. Foundation Executive Director Joanne Mavis says people can skip the golf and just come for dinner.

Tickets are $150 each and all proceeds will go towards medical equipment for the hospital. This year’s tournament will bring in dollars to buy Smart Beds for the long-term care unit. Mavis says the beds monitor patient vitals.

The Bob Perry Memorial Golf Tournament, held in 2016 and 2017, brought in over $200,000 for the hospital. Before that, the Carol Durie Memorial Golf Tournament was held for several years. For more information about the foundation or to sign up for the tournament, click here.
