Ottawa Fury plays soccer with local kids

The Ottawa Fury Football Club’s entire roster came out to Kemptville to practice with local kids. The players stopped by South Gower Park last night. Hundreds of kids from the Kemptville District Soccer Club came out for the Community Practice event. Kemptville Head Coach Allan Archer says the players engage with the kids.

This is the second year in a row the Ottawa Fury has held a Community Practice in Kemptville. Archer says the purpose is to promote soccer.

The Ottawa Fury holds Community Practices in different communities every summer through a partnership with Giant Tiger. The event is completely free. Ottawa Fury Community Events Manager Mark Sluban says Giant Tiger is a great supporter of the Community Practices.
