Lanark County OPP have arrested a man after complaints of indecent exposure in the Town of Perth.
Police received reports over the last several weeks of a naked man along the Tay River in Perth in an area known as the Tow Path . Through investigation 62-year-old Douglas James Jackson, of Perth has been arrested and held in custody. He is currently charged with 2 counts of Breach of Probation pending further investigation.
