It was an opportunity of a lifetime for a team of young hockey players on Saturday.
The Kemptville IP Red Fire Panthers Team was selected to play at this past weekend’s NHL Outdoor game at TD Place.
The kids were on a small rink for over an hour prior to the game and then again during the first intermission. The team was the only one to receive the honour.
Parents received tickets to the game and were bused with the players to and from the North Grenville Municipal Centre.
