Diversity Day will be November 29th in Leeds and Grenville.
The St. Lawrence-Rideau Immigration Partnership is encouraging everyone to mark the event with them at Brockville Country Club. The free event will run from 8:30am until 1:00pm and is open to all individuals and groups. Local speakers will share their experiences learning to communicate effectively with others, despite differences in language and culture. The talks will be followed by a workshop intended to help define culture and identify personal biases, while acquiring communication tools.
