Neon Night in Kemptville goes off tomorrow.
The pre-run activities and entertainment runs from 5:30 until 7:00pm in Riverside Park. Opening ceremonies will start at 7:00pm with a special ‘knighting’ ceremony for childhood cancer survivors. Runners doing the 5km trail will start at 7:30 and their counterparts running 2K leave the line at 7:45. The Post Party will be back at Riverside Park, starting at 9:00pm.
The event’s organizers and the Municipality of North Grenville want to remind the public that there will be road closures during the run. You can check the trails participants will be running, and whether you should plan an alternate route, in the photo above.
