Town Hall is bringing another program to Prescott they hope will help business owners.
On September 29th, in cooperation with the Grenville Community Futures Development Corporation, there will be a Launch Lab’s Entrepreneurs-in-Residence seminar at Prescott Town Hall. According to the town’s Economic Development Officer Doctor Jacqueline Schoemaker Holmes the event is an opportunity for business owners to consult with experienced entrepreneurs in free one-on-one meetings about their businesses.
The Grenville development corporation’s entrepreneurs-in-residence are Stephen Beamish and Scott Runte. Beamish is the President and Founder of BlackTusk Business Solutions, which delivers strategic marketing and partnership advisory services. Before BlackTusk he was the Vice President of Global Marketing and Strategic Partnerships with Mitel. Runte spent 10 years as the General Manager and Chief Financial Officer of an export driven packaging company before forming Warren Capital Corporation in 1995. The company provides strategic management and entrepreneurial support to clients in a number of sectors.
