A 57 year old man is dead after hitting a tree yesterday evening. Ottawa Paramedics responded to the incident on Old Richmond Road, south of Fallowfield Road just after 8pm. The sole occupant of the vehicle was pronounced dead on scene. During Ottawa Police investigation the road was closed but has since been reopened.
