Three awards have been handed out at Winchester District Memorial Hospital as part of Nursing Week celebrations.
WDMH says the Nursing Lifelong Learner award, recognizing a nurse’s commitment to professional development, went to Michelle Renaud.
Jackie Imrie received the Nursing Leadership Award for being an excellent role model.
The third award went to the Medical/Surgical Team at the hospital. It was given the Team Collaboration award.
Senior Vice President, Clinical Services and Chief Nursing Executive Lynn Hall congratulated the winners and nominees. Hall says the result of continuous learning and professionalism is better, more compassionate care for patients.
