The Two Rivers Food Hub will benefit from a letter of support from North Grenville Municipal Council. Director of Planning and Development Forbes Symon says the local Food Hub is in keeping with our 2013 Community Strategic Plan supporting local food entrepreneurs and initiatives. Council will have opportunity to provide financial support for the local Food Hub at a later date. The first step is a letter at the federal level, supporting grant and funding applications being submitted by the Food Hub. The Two Rivers Food Hub is located in the Gallipeau Centre, Smiths Falls.
