A 50-year-old North Dundas man is facing assault charges after an incident that happened earlier this week. Just before 8:00pm on Monday, Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry OPP were called to a domestic situation .
Investigation showed an argument between a man and his common-law spouse resulted in the man assaulting the woman. He was arrested and charged with assault, then released on a promise to appear in court in April.
