Ottawa Police are investigating another murder this week in Ottawa. Last night 20 year old Taylor Morrow-Flint was shot on Ritchie Street near Carling Avenue in the West End. Emergency services were called around 7:30pm but the 20 year old was pronounced dead at the scene.
