A man known to frequent the Ottawa area is wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant.
The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement Squad says it’s asking for the public’s help in locating 45-year-old Boyd Richards. Richards is white, 5’7″, 210 lbs and has several tattoos. Those include a swastika made of battleaxes on his head, barbed wire tattoos around his neck, a full sleeve tattoo on his right arm, a cross on his left hand and other tattoos as well. He also has a scar on his left arm.
Richards is serving a 10 year, 6 month sentence for robbery, fraud, using an imitation firearm, break and enter and theft, among other charges.
He’s known to frequent the Ottawa, Renfrew, Lanark and Sudbury areas.
