With the use of fentanyl on the rise in Ontario, the Grenville County OPP is set to receive preventative fentanyl training.
The training will allow officers to visit schools and educate students on the dangers of the drug.
Grenville County Inspector June Dobson says that each use of fentanyl could be life or death.
Dobson says that the drug has not necessarily reached us yet, but has been found in Brockville, Ottawa and across Eastern Ontario.
