A home invasion is being investigated by police in Chesterville. On Tuesday, OPP officers were called to investigate at a residence on South Street. They found out that at about 7:00pm on Saturday, a suspect broke into the home and threw apples at the walls and ceilings. An elderly woman was there and was hit by some of the apples, although she wasn’t injured. Police are asking people to come forward with any information. You can contact OPP or Crime Stoppers.
