The municipality will be responsible for just over half of the cost for the new multi-use pathway along County Road 44. On Monday night, North Grenville Council approved a transfer payment agreement for about $205,000 from the Ontario Municipal Cycling Infrastructure Program. The municipality will be responsible for the remaining project costs. That comes to just over $225,000. The pathway will run from County Road 43 to Settler’s Grant. Construction is set to begin this Fall.
