The Ceilidh Girls hope to raise plenty of money for the Beth Donovan Hospice. The Hospice Hoedown is planned for Saturday, August 27th at the Merrickville Boatyard. The event will include food and entertainment featuring Buckledown. Hoedown Co-Chair Margaret Armour says this event stems from one that raised funds for Karen Brûlé who was fighting cancer at the time.
